Cedar & Sage Mental Health provides outpatient psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management services for adolescents and adults in South Puget Sound, WA —online.

**We do not dispense or sell prescription medications. All prescriptions are transmitted to a licensed pharmacy for fulfillment.

Conditions Not Treated

Cedar & Sage Mental Health does not provide emergency or crisis services, inpatient or detox care, intensive substance use treatment, or management of acutely suicidal, violent, or unstable patients. We also do not offer detoxification, methadone or buprenorphine/Suboxone treatment, court-ordered or forensic evaluations, custody or disability/FMLA exams (unless arranged in advance), fitness-for-duty assessments, or expert testimony. Conditions requiring a higher level of care—such as untreated psychosis, recent manic hospitalization, active eating disorders, or dementia requiring neurocognitive testing—will be referred to appropriate specialists. We do not prescribe opioids or pain medications, do not provide long-term benzodiazepines for chronic anxiety, and do not replace lost or stolen controlled substances. Additionally, we do not perform physical exams, collect labs or genetic testing samples in-office, or provide imaging, though we may order these services externally as needed.
