Out-of-Network & Private Pay
If we are not in-network with your insurance provider, you are still welcome to receive care at Cedar & Sage through private pay. Many clients choose this option for greater flexibility and privacy. We are happy to provide a superbill (a detailed receipt of your visit) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.
Private Pay Fees:
-Initial Session Fee (60 mins) - $250
-Standard Visit (25-30 mins) - $150
-Extended Visit (50-60 mins) - $175

No-show/ Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged the full session fee.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the fee.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in discontinuation of services and referral to another provider.
I understand that life is unpredictable. That’s why I offer the following support:
-One-time fee waiver per calendar year for a late cancellation or no-show—no questions asked.
-Willingness to switch your appointment between in-person and telehealth (and vice versa) with short notice, when possible, to help you keep your visit.

Payment Methods
Cedar & Sage Mental Health offers flexible payment options to support accessible, seamless care. I accept direct insurance billing, as well as cash, credit or debit card, ACH bank transfer, and Venmo.
All card-not-present transactions (including saved cards and remote payments) are securely processed through PracticeQ’s HIPAA-compliant payment system. To ensure we can reserve your appointment, payment is due at least 3 days prior to your scheduled visit.
Appointments not paid in advance may be subject to cancellation. We understand that life happens—if you have concerns about payment or timing, please reach out. We’re here to help and will work with you whenever possible to support your care.
