    Out-of-Network & Private Pay

    If we are not in-network with your insurance provider, you are still welcome to receive care at Cedar & Sage through private pay. Many clients choose this option for greater flexibility and privacy. We are happy to provide a superbill (a detailed receipt of your visit) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.

    To ensure we can reserve your appointment and respect everyone’s time, payment is due at least 3 days prior to your scheduled visit. Appointments not paid in advance may be subject to cancellation. We understand that life happens—if you have concerns about payment or timing, please reach out. We’re here to help and will work with you whenever possible to support your care.

  • Built-In Grace & Flexibility

    I understand that life is unpredictable. That’s why I offer the following support:

    -One-time fee waiver per calendar year for a late cancellation or no-show—no questions asked.

    -Willingness to switch your appointment between in-person and telehealth (and vice versa) with short notice, when possible, to help you keep your visit.

    -Gentle reminders and flexible rescheduling options whenever available.

    This policy is here to create balance—supporting both your needs and the clinic’s ability to serve others in a timely, reliable way.
