Emergency & Crisis Plan

Cedar & Sage Mental Health is an outpatient psychiatric practice that provides non-emergent mental health services. We do not provide crisis intervention, emergency care, or 24/7 availability.

If you are experiencing any of the following, you are in an emergency or crisis situation:

  • Thoughts of harming yourself or others

  • Inability to care for yourself or maintain safety

  • Hallucinations or severe changes in behavior

  • Signs of a severe medical reaction to medication

  • Any situation where immediate assistance is needed

If you are in crisis:

Call 911 immediately or go to your nearest emergency room.
