  • Cedar & Sage Mental Health provides psychiatric evaluation and medication management services through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth technology. Telehealth is available to patients who are physically located in the state of Washington at the time of their appointment.

We use an encrypted, secure platform to protect your health information and maintain confidentiality. Telehealth is appropriate for many psychiatric services, but it may not be suitable for all conditions or situations. Your provider will determine whether telehealth is clinically appropriate for you.

Telehealth visits are not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You may also contact the Crisis Lifeline by dialing or texting 988.

For all telehealth appointments, patients must:

    1. Provide accurate, truthful, and complete identifying information.

    2. Verify their identity before or during the visit (e.g., name, date of birth, photo ID if requested).

    3. Confirm their physical location within the state of Washington at the time of the appointment.

    4. Provide accurate medical history, including current medications, diagnoses, and past treatments.

Failure to provide accurate information may limit our ability to deliver safe and appropriate care. Cedar & Sage Mental Health reserves the right to decline telehealth services if identity or location cannot be verified.
